It began with a warm greeting and an inviting waiting room. The nurse was patient while asking questions to complete the paperwork. Dr. Back was very thorough in explaining the procedure and what should be expected. The coordinator was also very thorough with what was needed to go forward. I felt extremely informed and comfortable.
